The Streamer’s Social Media Checklist
Twitter – Twitter is a powerful platform for streamers as it’s simple, won’t require much planning. You can easily give your audience updates on when you’ll be going live or changes you’re making to your schedule.
YouTube – Most people forget that YouTube is a search engine. When coming up with content for YouTube, make sure you focus on using relevant keywords to help with SEO and a striking thumbnail that’ stands out.
Discord – This is one of our favorite platforms as it gives your community and fan base a safe space to interact with you. It’s great for building rapport with your audience, so having a well-managed Discord server should definitely be a priority.
As with any platform, you’ll want to ensure you’re being as authentic as possible. Don’t treat it solely as a promotional tool, and make sure you have fun engaging with your growing community.
